Returns & Exchanges

If you are unhappy with your online purchase, you may return the item(s) to us within 14 days of receipt. We will gladly offer an exchange or a refund, provided the goods are returned in perfect, unused condition, with all original packaging and certificates included.

Please note: Postage or courier fees incurred for unwanted items are non-refundable.

3. Shipping Your Return
   • We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured service such as Special or Recorded Delivery via Royal Mail, or DHL.
   • Please obtain proof of posting.
   • We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.
